It’s February, and love is in the air (at least, commercially speaking). We have our own take on Valentine’s Day at Lower Lights. Rather than exclusively focusing on romantic love, we will work with basic meditative practices to help soften the body, open the mind and expand the heart to bodhicitta, caritas, or universal compassion.
