Karma Yoga: Do What You Must

Life and Birth call all of us into a field of action. Moment to moment, we are faced with new circumstances; decisions to be made. And in one way or another, we must act. Even choosing not to act is its own kind of action.

The path of karma yoga, or “work” yoga acknowledges the inevitability of action in human life. It points to a way of liberation through action, rather than increasing bondage to our more primitive appetites.
