We are convening our next Lower Lights Studies to discuss Shinzen Young’s The Science of Enlightenment. In May Thomas conducted a Mindfulness+ interview with Young, who advocates for the marriage of science and contemplative spirituality, a bedrock of the Lower Lights experience.
